Life has challenges for everyone; whether it’s working your way to the top of your career path, toxic relationships, or family feuds.
It can be tough to manage day-to-day problems along with stresses and issues underlying them .
Everyone knows someone who suffers from Mental Health issues – whether that’s Anxiety, Depression or even severe stress; which is actually just a socially accepted mental illness. And there’s plenty of others.
In this section of the blog, I’m hoping to share my experiences and advice for those suffering and supporting those with mental health problems, and everyone is free to ask privately for advice and tips through email or in the comment streams below each post. Together I think that everyone should be more open to the idea of discussing their demons, and the easiest way of doing that, is having a little space to write down how you’re feeling, and letting others know that they are not alone in their struggles.
