Wishlist Wednesday: B&Q

Every week for the I’ll be sharing with you a variety of wishlists from stores and sites I’ve recently visited. You can catch up with the whole series in the Fashion Tab.
This week’s is probably quite surprising for a few people! Who knew that a DIY Store would come up on a blog like this in a post like this?
Well, I’ve been pleasantly in awe of B&Q’s homeware this week, after nipping in for some paint!
Not only does it continue on from my charcoal/orange colourscheme I’d found at Sainsbury’s , it also brings in new textures, prints and shades. It’s all very exciting isn’t it?

Linking back to the oranges and reds theme, the Kasbah range from B&Q is totally on the money. I love the tassels on the elephant cushion and the thick embroideries on the cushions adds character.

The geometric patterns are totally killing it, and just ooze with a contemporary and fresh vibe.

Cicely Triangle Terracotta Cushion – £9
Clarita Aztec Cream Cushion – £13
Chrissy Diamond Black & Cream Cushion – £14
Clarenza Geometric Black & White Cushion – £12
Adira Geometric Embroidered Terracotta Cushion – £13
Copper Framed Hanging Mirror – £12

The prints and copper shimmers are perfect for incorporating into my dream home of modernity and freshness. Whilst they’re a little more minimalist than the Kasbah range, I love the shapes and lines in these products.

Cordasha Brushed Copper Cushion – £9
Tansy Geometric Multicolour Cushion – £5
Cordula Abstract Grey Cushion – £9

These coastal style pieces fit in nicely to the aesthetic too, and bring something a little more than cushions to the table…

Orange White Jar Candle – £3.50
Cyrilla Cross Stitch Blue Cushion – £13
Cysteria Striped Terracotta Cushion – £13
Chevron Black & Cream Cushion – £15
Terracotta Jug Candle – £3.50

These are just a few of the things I’d seen up in our local B&Q and I’ll definitely be heading back.
